Dandelion Porridge

Ingredients: 100 grams of millet, 100 grams of fresh dandelions, a little salt, and appropriate amount of water.

Introduction to Dandelion Porridge

1. Put the millet in a small basin, add appropriate amount of clean water, stir it with chopsticks, pour out the water and bran, rinse it with clean water again, and control the water; pick and wash fresh dandelions, blanch them with boiling water, rinse them with cold water, squeeze out the water, and chop them with a knife.

2. Put a clean pot on fire, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then add millet. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook the porridge. When it is half cooked, add dandelions and continue to cook until it becomes a thin porridge. Add refined salt to taste and it is ready to eat.

Features: Distinct yellow and green color, salty and delicious.

Kind Tips: Fresh dandelions must be blanched in boiling water to remove some of the bitterness. Dried dandelions can also be used.

Health Tips: This porridge has the effects of clearing away heat, detoxifying, reducing swelling and dispersing knots. It is suitable for the auxiliary treatment of mastitis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, tonsillitis, conjunctivitis and other diseases. It is not suitable for people with cold diarrhea.
