How to make porridge

[Ingredients] 30 grams each of fried Atractylodes macrocephala and fried yam, 6 grams of ginseng, 15 grams of white peony root, 9 grams each of Plantago seed and Atractylodes macrocephala, 3 grams of licorice, 1.5 grams each of tangerine peel, Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Bupleurum chinense, 100 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

[Preparation] Put the above 10 herbs into a casserole, boil the juice, remove the residue, then add the washed glutinous rice, cook into porridge, and add white sugar.

[Usage] Take twice a day, warm.
