Main ingredients: 60 grams of japonica rice

Accessories: 15g honey, 30g ghee

Introduction to Su Mi Congee

Production process: Wash the polished japonica rice clean, put it into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then add ghee and honey and cook into porridge.

Trial method: Take once in the morning and evening, warm.

Nutritional japonica rice in the diet: Japonica rice can enhance the body's immune function, promote blood circulation, and thus reduce the chance of high blood pressure; Japonica rice can prevent diseases such as diabetes, beriberi, senile plaques and constipation; the crude fiber molecules in the bran layer of japonica rice help gastrointestinal motility and are very effective for stomach problems, constipation, hemorrhoids, etc.

Recipe incompatible polished rice: polished rice should not be eaten with horse meat or honey; it should not be eaten with Xanthium sibiricum, otherwise it will cause heartache. Honey: 1. Honey should not be eaten with rice, water chestnuts, onions, garlic, lettuce, leeks, wild rice stems, crucian carp, crabs, soy milk, tofu, and plums; 2. Honey should not be eaten with tea, otherwise it will form sediment and be harmful to health. 3. The nutritional components of honey are relatively complex. After eating onion honey together, the organic acids and enzymes in honey will encounter sulfur-containing amino acids in onions, etc., which will cause harmful biochemical reactions or produce toxic substances, irritating the gastrointestinal tract and causing diarrhea.
