A chicken (cut into two halves), soaked bamboo shoots, soaked mushrooms, green onion segments, and ginger slices.

How to make chicken porridge

1. Bring 6 bowls of water to a boil, add half of the chicken, scallions, ginger slices, and cooking wine, and simmer for 60 minutes, then filter out the debris;

2. Wash one cup of rice and put it into chicken soup to make porridge. Add the other half of the chicken, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Continue to cook for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste and add the chopped pieces and mix well. Add a little white pepper for a better flavor.
