200 grams of beef tenderloin, 3 colored peppers (green, red and yellow), 150 grams of flour, half the amount of cornmeal, appropriate amount of crushed black pepper (beef and crushed black pepper are a perfect match), appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of olive oil.

1/2 cup of rice, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1/2 chicken breast (or thigh), corn kernels, a small piece of carrot (use any amount of these ingredients), 1 spoon of salt (I only added salt, you can add pepper or something according to your taste.)

Roast beef burritos recipe:

1. Mix flour and cornmeal, add water and knead into dough for later use. The original method is to mix into batter and then spread into corn tortillas. I made it using the lotus leaf pancake method. Roll the kneaded dough into long strips, divide it into several dough pieces, flatten the dough pieces, stack two dough pieces, apply salad oil in the middle, roll it into a round pancake with a rolling pin, which can be a little bigger than the lotus leaf pancake for roast duck. Brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, put the round pancake in and fry it slowly over low heat until both sides are golden brown. During the frying process, the middle of the pancake will bulge because we applied oil between the two dough pieces. After frying, just separate the pancake into two pieces. You can also eat the ready-made lotus leaf pancake or spring roll pancake in this way.

2. Cut the green pepper into small dices, put it into a container, add salt, crushed black pepper and olive oil to season, stir well to make a salad and set aside.

3. Cut the beef tenderloin into large chunks or slices, or meat strips. If you cut it into large slices, use the back of a knife to loosen it, sprinkle with salt, crushed black pepper, cooking wine, and soak it in starch water for a while. Add some soy sauce and fry it, the color will be more attractive.

4. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, fry the beef in the pan, or bake it in the oven.

5. Put the fried beef in the middle of the tortilla, top it with the bell pepper salad, then roll up the tortilla and you can eat it. I also added a little black pepper steak sauce on the beef. The fragrant beef is paired with the refreshing cooked vegetable salad, and eaten with a tortilla. Just thinking about it makes you hungry.
