2. Pickling

One of the correct ways to use olives is to pickle them before eating them. You can put the prepared olives in a clean glass bottle, add the prepared amount of honey and mix well. After the olives are pickled and absorb the essence of the honey, their taste will become sweet. When needed, you can take them out and eat them directly, or you can use them to make soaked water and drink them.

3. Make preserved fruits

Using olives to make candied fruit is also one of the correct ways to eat them. When making it, you need to boil the fresh olives in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes to remove its bitter taste. Then put the water in the pot again, add an appropriate amount of dry olives, heat and boil, then put an appropriate amount of white sugar and olives into the licorice water, boil for about ten minutes, turn off the heat and cool down, and after more than ten hours, the homemade candied fruit will be ready and can be eaten directly after taking it out.
