Pickling method 1

Then use a fruit knife to make some small cuts on the surface and put them in a large, clean fresh-keeping box.

2. The prepared rock sugar should also be put into the fresh-keeping box, mix it evenly with clean chopsticks, then seal the box and put it in a cool and ventilated place for pickling. Shake it 1 to 2 times a day to allow the rock sugar inside to fully contact the olives. After about 20 days of pickling, the rock sugar olives will be pickled and can be taken out and eaten when you want to eat them.
