How to make mulberry wine? How to make mulberry wine?

Mulberries are fruits from mulberry trees. Mature mulberries are usually red or reddish-black and taste sweet. When I was a child, there was a mulberry tree at home. Many people came to pick mulberry leaves, but we paid more attention to mulberries. Mulberries can be washed and eaten directly, or they can be used to make wine. Next, let's take a look at how to make mulberry wine.

How to make mulberry wine? How to make mulberry wine?

1. First, put the mulberries into the sieve to drain the water, and then manually brush and sieve them again to remove the rotten fruits and the leaf residue inside. According to the old people, mulberries cannot be washed with water. It is not easy to drain the water of mulberries washed with water, especially mulberries soaked in wine, which cannot be washed with water. Therefore, white wine is used to wash the mulberries several times, and the white wine used to wash the mulberries must be poured out.

2. Next, prepare a wine soaking container, preferably ceramic or glass. Do not use metal containers, especially iron containers, as they are not easy to soak wine and will produce toxic substances. Then prepare an appropriate amount of rock sugar according to personal taste. If you like sweet taste, you can add more rock sugar, if you don't like sweet taste, just add a small amount.

3. Next, prepare an appropriate amount of liquor. The alcohol content of the liquor should be high, preferably pure grain liquor. First, clean the container for soaking the liquor, drain the water, pour in 100 ml of liquor, cover the lid and shake it gently. This can sterilize and completely remove the water inside. Then, pour out the liquor. The liquor here is used to sober up the jar.

4. It is time to make mulberry wine. Put the mulberries in a container, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and finally pour the prepared liquor. The liquor should completely submerge the mulberries so that the mulberries can be completely fermented in the liquor. Cover the lid, seal it and put it in a cool place. It can be opened after two to three months of storage. A warning here is that mulberry wine is cold in nature, so people with weak spleen and stomach should not drink it. When drinking mulberry wine, you can eat some hot foods with it.
