4. Crack the eggs and mix well, add sugar and lemon pulp, then put them into a stainless steel pot, add the prepared lemon peel shreds, and cook over low heat. Stir constantly with an egg beater during the cooking process to prevent the eggs from coagulating. Turn off the heat and stir after the lemon pulp in the pot becomes a thick paste. Wait until the temperature drops slightly before continuing to turn on the heat and cook over low heat. Repeat 2 to 3 times.

5. After the lemon sauce in the pot is cooked, take it out in time and filter it with a strainer. The smooth and tender lemon sauce can be placed in a clean bowl to cool down, and then put it into a clean glass bottle, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator.
