How to make sour plum wine? The proportion and method of sour plum wine

Plum wine is one of the traditional Chinese wines. It is especially suitable for people to drink in summer. When drinking it with a proper amount of honey and ice cubes, you will feel that the taste of plum wine is particularly good. It can stimulate appetite and help digestion, and can also prevent heatstroke and cool down. However, the plum wine that people usually drink is the finished product purchased in the market. In fact, when plums are ripe, people can make plum wine at home. However, the detailed introduction of the proportion and method of making plum wine can be focused on by those who are interested.

Ratio of sour plum wine

When brewing sour plum wine, you must control the ratio between white wine, yellow rock sugar and green plum. Under normal circumstances, the ratio of green plum white wine and yellow rock sugar should be 1:1:0.5, which means that 1 kilogram of fresh green plum needs to be added with 1 kilogram of white wine and 500 grams of yellow rock sugar. However, the amount of yellow rock sugar is not fixed, and you can adjust it according to your taste needs.

How to make sour plum wine

1. When making sour plum wine, you should prepare fresh green plums, white wine and yellow rock sugar according to the ratio described above. When you have fresh green plums, you should rinse them with clean water and remove their stems. If you do not remove them, the brewed sour plum wine will taste bitter. After washing the green plums, dry the surface of the basin with water, and also prepare a clean, oil-free and water-free glass bottle.

2. Crush the prepared yellow rock sugar salt into small pieces or powder, then put the washed green plums directly in a clean glass bottle, putting a layer of rock sugar for each layer of green plums, and repeat this process repeatedly. Put rock sugar on the top layer, then pour the prepared white wine into the clean glass bottle. After all the ingredients are put in, seal the mouth of the glass bottle and store it in a cool and ventilated place.

3. It takes about 60 days to make sour plum wine from the beginning to the successful production. After the sour plum wine in the glass bottle is ready, open the bottle cap and take it out to drink directly. Each time you take out the sour plum wine to drink, you can take out one or two sour plums to eat together. This will allow the human body to absorb more abundant nutrients and allow people to taste the tempting taste of homemade plum wine.
