How to eat bananas

1. Stir-fry

Plantains can be eaten raw or cooked. First, peel the skin of the plantains and remove the aged flesh on the outside, leaving only the tender flesh in the middle. Boil a pot of water, put the plantains in it to blanch, then take them out, cut them into strips, put them in a plate, and marinate them with salt. 2. Cook soup

This will blanch the pork bones and remove the oily smell. Peel the bananas and cut them into sections. Put the cut bananas and the blanched pork bones into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for two hours.

3. Mix with fermented black beans

Cut the banana into thin slices and crush it. Cut the Hunan vegetables into small pieces and chop the chili and garlic. Then put the cilantro, garlic paste and chili in a bowl, add the black bean paste and mix well, then add the banana and stir well before eating.
