Put the pulp of the egg yolk fruit into the fruit, add an appropriate amount of lemon juice, and boil it with water. Then, turn down the heat, add maltose, and stir constantly with a spoon. When the maltose is melted, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick, then you can take it out and eat it.

3. Squeeze it into juice

Wash a few soft egg yolk fruits, cut them open, pick out the flesh, put them into a juicer, add appropriate amount of honey and water, squeeze them into juice, and then drink it. The egg yolk fruit with honey tastes sweeter and more fragrant. It tastes better if you put it in the refrigerator and chill it before drinking.

Who can't eat egg yolk fruit?

There are many ways to eat egg yolk fruit. The fruit made by different methods tastes different and has bright colors. It looks so good that people are tempted to eat it. However, not everyone can eat egg yolk fruit. People with damp heat constitution or blood stasis constitution cannot eat egg yolk fruit. Eating it will only aggravate the damp heat and blood stasis in the body.
