After washing the kumquats, dry the surface moisture, use a fruit knife to make a few cuts on its peel, put an appropriate amount of white sugar in a large bowl, then roll the kumquats with the cuts in the sugar for a week to allow the surface to be covered with sufficient white sugar, then put them directly into a clean glass bottle and seal them for marination.

3. After about 20 days, the kumquats in the glass bottle will be pickled. At this time, a certain amount of juice can be detected. Each time you eat the pickled kumquats, you can use a small spoon to take out the juice and drink it directly. 1. Kumquats can also be pickled with salt. To pickle kumquats with edible salt, you only need to process the fresh kumquats in advance and prepare a clean glass bottle. After the kumquats are cleaned, they can be directly placed in the glass bottle.

2. Add a layer of edible salt for each layer of kumquats, and repeat this process. Finally, add an appropriate amount of purified water, shake vigorously, seal the glass bottle with the cap, and marinate in a warm place. After about 30 days, the kumquats inside will be flavored.
