Steps to make crispy banana

1. Crack the prepared eggs into a bowl, then beat the eggs with chopsticks. Then take a large spoonful of flour and stir quickly with chopsticks to make a sticky batter for later use.

2. Peel the bananas and cut them into dice. Then put them into the batter, making sure each piece of banana is immersed in the batter and their outer layers are completely covered by the batter.

3. After taking out the bananas covered with batter, put them into the breadcrumbs and roll them around so that they are covered with breadcrumbs.

4. Add more oil to the pan and when it is 70% hot, turn to medium-low heat. Put the banana pieces covered with breadcrumbs into the pan and fry them. Do not use high heat at this time.

5. When the banana segments in the pan are fried into golden brown, you can take them out and drain the oil, then put them directly on a plate. When eating, you can pair the bananas with some ketchup or salad dressing, which will make them taste more tempting.
