To make the sweet fig soup, you need to prepare five figs, five to six ginkgo nuts, one white fungus, one egg, about ten almonds and a few pieces of yuba. Prepare the appropriate amount of rock sugar according to your taste.

2. Processing of ingredients for fig sweet soup

Wash the figs and cut them into slices. Wash and soak the yuba in clean water. After soaking, take out and tear into large pieces. Soak the white fungus in clean water. After soaking, take out and tear into small pieces and remove the yellow roots. Remove the shell of the ginkgo and put it together with other ingredients for later use.

3. How to make sweet fig soup

Prepare a soup pot, put all the processed ingredients except eggs in the pot, add appropriate amount of water, heat to boil, then turn to low heat and cook for about an hour, then the bean curd will be completely stewed, then you can put the eggs in.
