It is best to eat fruit before meals:

Eating some fruit or drinking a glass of juice 30-40 minutes before a meal can reduce the calories absorbed during meals by about 20%-40% compared to usual. If the calories consumed at each meal are reduced by this amount, it will undoubtedly have a significant weight loss effect.

Wash and peel fruits before eating:

At present, most of the pest control of fruit trees in my country is mainly based on spraying pesticides. The peels of fruits sprayed with pesticides often have a lot of pesticide residues. According to relevant experts, 80% of the residues of "666" are concentrated on the peels, more than 99.5% of the residues of "DDV" are concentrated on the peels, and the residues of other toxic pesticides on the peels are also more than 80%. If you eat unwashed fruits for a long time, the toxic substances in your body will increase significantly, which may cause vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, chest tightness, skin allergies and other reactions, and may damage the gastrointestinal tract and endanger human health. Therefore, when eating fruits such as apples and pears, it is best to peel them before eating.

When eating fruits, be careful not to eat them together with seafood:

Fish, shrimps, and algae in the sea all contain a lot of protein and rich minerals such as calcium and iron. If eaten with fruits that contain a lot of tannic acid (such as pomegranates, hawthorns, persimmons, green fruits, grapes, sour grapefruit, lemons, apricots, crabapples, plums, sour plums, etc.), not only will the nutritional value of the protein be reduced, but it will also easily cause the calcium and iron in the seafood to combine with tannic acid to form a new substance that is not easy to digest and absorb. This substance can irritate the stomach and intestines, causing discomfort. In severe cases, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, etc. may occur. Therefore, these fruits should not be eaten at the same time as seafood. Generally, it is better to eat them 2-3 hours apart.
