3 egg whites 25g fine sugar

How to make watermelon smoothie

2. Add Italian meringue and mix well, then continue to freeze.

3. Italian meringue frosting: Beat the egg whites into coarse foam

4. Add 25g sugar and 15ml water to boil until the temperature reaches 115 degrees. Slowly beat into the egg whites until hard foam forms. . The watermelon ice with meringue frosting will not be a hard ice block.

Tips

The sorbet must be frozen until semi-solid before adding the meringue.
