Several ways to cook mushrooms

There are many ways to cook button mushrooms, so today I will recommend a few very simple methods that you can learn at a glance, so you don’t have to worry about the process:

Mushroom Greens

Ingredients: Ingredients:

25 grams of soaked shiitake mushrooms, 200 grams of green vegetable hearts, 1 gram of MSG, 1 gram of fine salt, 15 grams of sesame oil, 10 peppercorns, 250 grams of vegetarian soup, and 40 grams of wet starch.

Preparation: (1) Cut the cabbage heart into 2 cm cubes, put it in boiling water and cook until it is soft, then remove it from the water and soak it in a cool place.

(2) Wash the button mushrooms, add salt, and bring to a boil with the cabbage. Remove the foam, add MSG, thicken with wet starch, pour into a soup pot, and place the button mushrooms on top of the cabbage.

(3) Heat sesame oil in a wok and fry Sichuan peppercorns until golden brown. Remove the peppercorns when they are fragrant and pour over the mushrooms.

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 200 grams of shiitake mushrooms, 15 grams of soaked magnolia slices.

2. Seasoning: cooking wine, MSG, soy sauce, sugar, wet starch, pepper water, lard, and chicken broth.

2. Preparation method:

1. Soak the button mushrooms in warm water, remove impurities, clean, and cut into two halves. Wash and slice the magnolia leaves.

2. Heat oil in a wok, fry with soy sauce, add chicken soup, pepper water, cooking wine, MSG, sugar, shiitake mushrooms, and magnolia slices. Bring to a boil then simmer over low heat until mushrooms are cooked through and flavored. Thicken with wet starch, drizzle with cooking oil and serve.

Note: Agaricus nitida is a famous edible fungus, which has the effects of tonifying the middle and replenishing qi, nourishing the stomach and spleen, and resolving phlegm and regulating qi.

Eating it can increase appetite, aid digestion, and strengthen the body. The polysaccharides it contains have a good effect on leukopenia and infectious hepatitis, and are a substance with anti-cancer effects. It can often treat spleen and stomach weakness, qi deficiency, leukemia, hepatitis, cancer, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other diseases.
