15g Tremella, 1 tangerine, 30g peanuts, 10g wolfberry, 40g rock sugar

1. Soak the Tremella in advance, wash and tear into small pieces.

3. Pour the white fungus into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of cold water, and simmer for 20 minutes.

6. Add wolfberries.

7. Add rock sugar and cook until dissolved.

8. Pour the stewed Tremella soup into a bowl and eat it while warm.

1. Do not eat too much tangerines. If you eat too much, the amount of oxalic acid metabolized in the body will increase, which can easily cause urinary stones and kidney stones.
