Therapeutic effects of gourd

Gourd is mild in nature and sweet in taste. It enters the lung, spleen and kidney meridians. It has the effects of promoting diuresis and reducing swelling, quenching thirst and relieving restlessness, and relieving stranguria and dispersing nodules.

It is mainly used to treat edema, ascites, restlessness, thirst, sores, jaundice, gonorrhea, carbuncle and other diseases.

1. Enhance the body's immune function. Gourd contains protein and a variety of trace elements, which help to enhance the body's immune function. At the same time, gourd is rich in vitamin C, which can promote the synthesis of antibodies and improve the body's antiviral ability.
