Passion fruit edible method: passion fruit jam

1. To make passion fruit jam, in addition to 600 grams of passion fruit, you also need to prepare 2 grams of raw Panax notoginseng, 300 grams of maltose and 50 grams of rock sugar, and also prepare an appropriate amount of stevia.

2. Wash the passion fruit with clean water, then cut it in half with a knife, remove the seeds, prepare the pulp and juice, and set aside.

3. Add clean water to the pot and bring to a boil. After boiling, add raw Panax notoginseng and stevia to the water and continue cooking. After about fifteen minutes, when about one-half of the water is left in the pot, you can turn down the heat.

4. Take out the stevia and raw Panax notoginseng residue from the pot, then add the prepared maltose into the water and stir with chopsticks until the maltose is completely melted. It should be noted that rock sugar can be added according to your taste. If you are afraid of sourness, add it. If you are not afraid of sourness, do not add rock sugar, just put maltose.

5. After the maltose is completely melted, you can turn down the heat, add the passion fruit juice and pulp and start boiling. Some foam will appear during the boiling process. You must remove the foam in time. When the juice in the pot becomes thick, you can turn off the heat.

6. Allow the prepared passion fruit jam to cool down naturally. After it has cooled completely, you can take it out and put it in a bottle. You can then take it out and eat it whenever you want.
