Method 1: Fresh red cherries, white wine, and rock sugar in appropriate amounts. Wash the cherries and remove the stems. Take a clean container and add rock sugar and cherries. Pour in the white wine, cover and seal, and put in the refrigerator. Drink after a week. Take it out and stir it slightly in the middle to allow the rock sugar and wine to fully blend.

Method 2: 500g fresh cherries, 1000ml rice wine. Wash the cherries and put them in a pot, soak them in rice wine, seal it, stir it every 2-3 days, and it will be ready in 15-20 days. Drink 50ml (including 8-10 cherries) every morning and evening.

Method 3: Disinfect your hands and containers. Do not use metal tools and containers such as iron or copper. Wash the cherries, remove the stems, and dry them. Squeeze or mash them by hand. Pour the crushed juice into a container. Add 170 grams of sugar per liter of cherry juice, and add wine yeast. After one day, weak carbon dioxide bubbles will be produced. After 2 to 3 days, a large number of bubbles will be released, and the skin residue will float up to form a cap. Taste the juice, the sweetness will gradually decrease, and the wine taste will gradually increase.

The effect of cherry wine

The floating cherries should be pressed into the juice several times a day with sterilized chopsticks to prevent mold and acidification, and to soak the pigment on the skin into the juice to make the fermentation more vigorous. When the carbon dioxide is released weakly and close to calm, the alcohol smell becomes stronger and the juice begins to become clear. Then use clean gauze to squeeze out the cherry wine. In this way, cherry wine with a strong aroma and sweet and sour taste is made. If it is stored in a sealed container for 2 months, the wine tastes more mellow.

Tips: It is best to use fresh red cherries so that a beautiful light pink color can appear. If you don’t have cherries of other colors, you can use cherries of other colors. The taste is the same, but the color is not as beautiful.
