Nutritional value of red grapes

Nutritional value of red grapes

I think many of my friends are clear about the nutritional value of red grapes. Please see what I have introduced below.

Red Grape

Red grapes are a kind of Eurasian species with many varieties. They are distributed all over my country. The skin is red or dark red. They were developed by American universities in the 1970s. The method of distinguishing grapes from raisins is that the skin and flesh of grapes can be easily separated by pinching them with your hands, while the skin of red grapes is relatively thin, and the skin and flesh are difficult to separate. From the appearance, the degree of brown-red between raisins and grapes is also different. Red grapes are dark red, with the same fruit shape and uniform size. They are generally whole bunches, difficult to scatter, and hard to hold in the hand. The skin of red grapes is medium-thick, the flesh is tender and juicy, the flesh is hard and crisp, and can be cut into thin slices. It tastes sweet and delicious, has a pure flavor, and has no juice when cut with a knife. It has excellent quality and is one of the most precious varieties of fresh grapes. Its huge economic value lies mainly in winemaking. 80% of the red grapes in the world are used for winemaking. However, with the enhancement of people's health awareness and the change of consumption concepts, more and more red grapes are brewed into juice, becoming a delicious and multi-effect nutritional and health fruit.

Nutritional value of red grapes
