Materials for folding roses

When you fold roses at home, you need to prepare crepe paper, flower stems, double-sided tape, and tape of the same color as the crepe paper. In addition, you need to prepare a pair of scissors.

Detailed steps for folding roses

1. Spread out the prepared crepe paper, then cut it with scissors at about five centimeters. Then fold the cut paper strip in half three times and cut it with scissors again. At this time, you will get eight small rectangular strips of equal size.

2. Pull open a point on the wide side of the small rectangle, and then wrap the flower stem along the opened point. After wrapping both sides, gently pull out the middle part a little bit with your hands, and you will get the shape of a petal. Then use the same method to process the other seven petals.

3. Take a small piece of double-sided tape and stick it on the top of the flower stem. Take a petal and stick it on the double-sided tape. Then take the second petal and stick it on the blank space on the flower stem. Fix it with double-sided tape. Repeat this process until all eight petals are stuck to the flower stem. After sticking, fix it with tape of the same color. After fixation, a beautiful rose is folded.
