Finally, you also need to prepare a small amount of chicken essence, oyster sauce, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, and sugar.

Steps to cook spicy lotus root in vinegar

1. Wash the prepared lotus root with clean water, cut it into long strips, and then cut it into small cubes horizontally. Put water in the pot, put the lotus root cubes into the pot, turn on the fire and cook. After boiling, cook for one minute and turn off the heat. Take out the lotus root and rinse it with cold water to cool it down.
