2. Soak the shark skin in warm water for at least 12 hours. After softening, wash and cut into strips for later use. Heat cooking oil in a pot, then add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Then put the shark skin into the pan and stir-fry. After stir-frying evenly, add salt and chicken essence to season. Stir-fry for another two or three minutes, then remove from the pan and serve on a plate.

Steamed Shark Skin with Vinegar

1. Shark skin steamed with vinegar is also very delicious. When making it, you need to prepare 200 grams of shark skin, 50 grams of vinegar, and appropriate amounts of peanut oil, garlic, chicken essence and salt.

2. Soak the prepared shark skin in clean water the night before. After soaking, scrape off the sand on its surface with a knife, then wash it, cut it into strips and put it on a plate.

3. Put garlic chicken essence, salt, vinegar and other seasonings into the shark skin, then add cooking oil, mix well and steam in a steamer. Steam for about 45 minutes after the water boils. Turn off the heat, cool down, take out and eat.
