1. Stir-fried sword beans is one of the common ways to cook sword beans. Usually, you need to prepare 400 grams of sword beans, five or six dried red peppers, an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and also prepare some onion, ginger, garlic and cooking oil.

2. Remove the top of the sword bean and the fibers on both sides, then rinse it with clean water, then cut it diagonally into fibers, cut the pepper into small sections, and chop the onion, ginger and garlic into fine pieces.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add the chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a few times before adding the sword beans. Stir-fry quickly. If the wok is too dry, add a small amount of water. After the sword beans change color, add salt and chicken essence to season. Mix well and turn off the heat and serve directly.

1. Chopped pepper and sword beans are also very delicious. When making them, you need to prepare 200 grams of sword beans, 100 grams of chopped pepper, and appropriate amounts of salt and sesame oil.

2. Pick the sword beans clean, remove the fibers on both sides, and cut them into oblique segments about 1 cm thick. Then add salt and marinate for an hour, and discard the water.

3. Put the pickled sword beans into a small bowl, add the prepared chopped pepper and appropriate amount of sesame oil, mix them evenly with chopsticks, then marinate for a few hours. After marinating, you can eat it.
