How to cook braised turbot

1. Preparation of ingredients for braised turbot

Prepare half a pound of turbot, 50 grams of peanuts, a bowl of bone soup, some peppercorns, starch, and dried chilies. Add a little basic oil and salt.

2. Steps for cooking braised turbot

Step 1: Cut the turbot into pieces and marinate it with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Add oil to the pan and heat it, add peanuts, fry the peanuts until cooked, and place them on kitchen paper to drain the oil.

Step 3: Cut the green onion into sections and split the dried chili peppers in the middle to remove the seeds.

Step 4: Prepare a bowl of sauce by adding vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, wine, starch, salt, vinegar and a whole bowl of bone broth.

Step 5: After heating the pan, add some oil, sauté the peppercorns until fragrant, then add the chili peppers and stir-fry until the flavor comes out. Then pour in the turbot and stir-fry until it changes color.

Step 6: After the turbot changes color, add the green onions and stir-fry. Then pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry evenly and cover with a lid.

Step 7: After the soup is completely absorbed by the turbot, add the peanuts.
