2 fresh abalones, 1 chicken leg, 1 piece of ginger, 2 grams of salt, 5 grams of cooking wine, 5 grams of oil, 5 grams of soy sauce, pepper and chopped green onions, sesame oil to taste

Abalone Chicken Porridge

1. Use a clay pot to cook a pot of porridge, add ginger slices, and throw abalone shells in to cook together. It is said that this will make it more refreshing and sweet.

2. When the porridge in the pot starts to pop, add the processed abalone, pour in oil, and cook on low heat for about ten minutes.

3. Chop the chicken thighs, add salt, cooking wine and pepper and marinate for ten minutes.

4. Put the marinated chicken thighs into the porridge and stir in circles with a spoon in one direction until the porridge becomes smooth. When serving, pour in a little light soy sauce and sesame oil to season.

Tips

The abalone can be cut into cross shapes to keep it whole, or it can be sliced. If sliced, it can be put into the pot together with the chicken.

It is best to use a casserole to cook porridge.

Eat porridge with some shredded ginger and chopped green onions.
