1. How to make fragrant fruit konjac porridge

Step 1: Remove the skin of the pineapple, apple, and orange, soak the whole pineapple in salt water to remove the enzymes in the pineapple, and then cut the pineapple, apple, and orange into pieces.

Step 2: Wash the wolfberries with water and set aside.

Step 3: Boil a pot of water, put the rice in and cook until it is soft
