Finally, add the chayote slices into the wok and stir-fry until soft. Add MSG and salt to taste. Mix well and serve directly out of the wok.

Stir-fried pork with chayote

1. Stir-fried chayote with shredded pork is also very delicious. When stir-frying, you can prepare two chayote, 100 grams of shredded pork, one scallion, a head of garlic, and some appropriate amounts of seasonings such as light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil, and salt.

2. Cut the chayote into shreds, marinate the shredded meat with light soy sauce and cornstarch, and chop the onions and garlic into fine pieces for later use.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add the shredded pork into the wok and stir-fry. Then add light soy sauce and chopped green onion and garlic. Add shredded chayote and stir-fry. After the chayote becomes soft, add salt and oyster sauce. Finally, add MSG to enhance the flavor. Stir well and serve directly.
