Donkey meat and bean paste can cause damage to the five internal organs, while eating it with pork will offset the nutritional absorption of donkey meat itself.

2. How to cook pea donkey meat

Step 1: Soak the donkey meat for at least an hour to drain the water. After all the blood has been drained, cut the donkey meat into thin strips against the grain.
