3. Soft-boiled poached eggs

When making it, you can put a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan, then crack the egg and pour it into the pan, and continue heating it over medium and low heat. After the surface solidifies, sprinkle a small amount of table salt and black pepper, then turn the egg over, fry it slightly, and serve it directly out of the pan.
