1. How to make Hunan stir-fried pork

Step 1: Prepare the pork by blanching it in cold water, then cut it into thin slices after it has cooled down.

Step 2: Smash the garlic and cut the bell pepper into pieces.

Step 3: Add some oil to the pan, add onions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry for five minutes.
