1. How to make authentic garlic chili sauce

Step 1: 2500 grams of chili, 500 grams of vinegar, 300 grams of salt, 500 grams of garlic, 500 grams of sweet bean sauce, 50 grams of chicken essence, and 50 grams of high-proof liquor.

Step 2: Wash the red peppers and remove the seeds.

Step 3: Heat the red pepper, then slowly cool it down and grind one third of it in a grinder. Chop the remaining two thirds.

Step 4: Add some salt, sugar, vinegar, sweet bean sauce and white wine to the pot and slowly simmer until it becomes a sauce.
