Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan, then stir-fry the chili, ginger, peppercorns and star anise until fragrant.

Step 1: One pack of hot pot base, one thick soup base, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, dried chili, cumin, wolfberry, jujube and basic seasonings.

Step 2: Add oil to the pot and when it is 50% hot, stir-fry the peppercorns, cumin, fermented black beans and dried chilies.

Step 3: After the aroma comes out, add boiling water and soup base, then season with sugar, soy sauce and chicken essence.

Step 4: Put wolfberry and jujube into the pot and boil together. It is done when the jujube is cooked through.

Step 1: 100 grams of chili, 100 grams of peppercorns, oil, salt, spices, garlic, ginger, chili sauce, bone broth, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and chicken essence.

Step 2: Add butter to the pan and melt it, then stir-fry with chili sauce, minced garlic and ginger.

Step 3: After stir-frying, add spices, chili peppers and peppercorns, season with bone broth and bring to a boil.
