1. Chinese cabbage and lean meat porridge

Step 1: Prepare 100 grams of rice, two heads of Chinese cabbage, one broccoli, 50 grams of lean meat, and onion salt.

Step 2: Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into sections. Wash the broccoli and break it into small pieces.

Step 3: Dice the lean meat and stir-fry with oil.
