Steps for making green pepper preserved eggs

1. Put the prepared preserved eggs in a pot and cook them, take them out and set aside, wash the prepared green peppers and carrots with clean water, and then cut them into thin strips, chop the dried chilies into small pieces, peel the garlic and smash it into small pieces.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the green pepper and stir-fry for a while. Then add the shredded carrots and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
