When making braised pork elbow, you need to prepare a pork elbow, 10 grams of scallion and ginger, 20 grams of dark soy sauce, 500 grams of broth, 10 grams of butter, 500 grams of peanut oil, 20 grams of light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of table salt.

Steps for making braised pork elbow

1. Peel the green onions and cut them into pieces, cut the ginger into slices and set aside. Wash the pork elbow with clean water and set aside.

2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, heat it to a boil, put the elbow into the water, and cook it over high heat. When the blood no longer comes out of the elbow, take it out, drain the water, and evenly apply soy sauce to color it.

3. Pour peanut oil into a wok and heat it to 70% hot. Put the pork elbow into the wok and fry it. After the elbow turns reddish brown, take it out, drain the excess oil and set it aside.
