1. Wash the prepared tomatoes with clean water, put water in the pot, turn on the fire and heat it to about 60 degrees, then turn off the fire, then put the washed tomatoes into the pot, cover the pot and simmer for three to five minutes. After taking it out, you will see that the tomato skin has automatically fallen off.

2. Cut the peeled tomatoes into large pieces, and then remove all the green seeds inside them, because these green seeds are not mature, if they remain in the tomato sauce, it will affect the taste of the sauce.

3. Put the chopped tomatoes into a food processor and crush them. Then take them out and pour them into the pot. Put the prepared rock sugar into the pot, turn on the fire and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer slowly. When the tomato juice becomes sticky, stir it constantly with chopsticks to prevent the pot from getting stuck.

4. When the tomato sauce in the pot is almost done, you can extract fresh lemon juice from the lemon and add it directly into the pot and mix well. Then simmer for five minutes, turn off the heat, cool down and take out the homemade tomato sauce.
