Rinse the prepared fresh penicillin under clean water and dry the surface moisture, then rub it repeatedly with the coarse salt.

2. After rubbing for 5 to 10 minutes, use a hard object to crack the green plums, then put them together with salt into the prepared clean glass bottle or ceramic jar, add appropriate amount of pure water and seal it for marination. After about 7 days, the green plums will be marinated. After taking them out, pour out the brine, wash them with clean water, and dry the surface moisture.
