1. Put water in the pot, add a small amount of salt and bring to a boil, then soak the tofu in the hot water, take it out and drain the water for later use.

2. Remove the shell of the preserved egg, wash it with clean water, and cut it into small dices for later use. Cut the mustard tuber into thin strips, and wash the coriander and cut it into small pieces.
