Ingredients for celery cashews

When frying celery and cashews, you need to prepare two fresh celery, an appropriate amount of cashews, a piece of carrot, an appropriate amount of cooking oil, salt and a small amount of chopped green onions.

Celery Cashew Nuts

1. Remove the leaves of the prepared celery, and then cut it into segments, or cut it into small oblique pieces. Then put water in the pot, bring it to a boil, then blanch the celery segments in the boiling water for two minutes, then take out and rinse with cold water, then take out and remove the water after it cools down and set aside.

2. Wash the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Wash the raw cashews with clean water, remove the moisture and set aside.

3. Put a small amount of cooking oil in a wok, heat it, put the cashews in, and fry slowly over medium-low heat. When both sides of the cashews are golden brown, remove from the oil and set aside.

4. Heat the cooking oil in another pan, then add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the blanched celery into the pan and stir-fry. After two minutes, add the fried cashews, then add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well before serving.

5. When frying celery and cashews, you can also add an appropriate amount of dragon fruit. It is best to cut the dragon fruit in the middle, and then use tools to take out several balls of flesh. After the celery and cashews are fried, you can directly place them on the plate. This will make the celery and cashews more nutritious and more attractive in appearance.
