2. Fried pork belly with lily of the valley

After the day lily is made into dried food, the taste and nutrition will be better when eaten with meat. You can use it to stir-fry pork belly at home. When stir-frying, you need to soak the day lily in clean water in advance, then wash it, and cut the pork belly into slices. First, stir-fry the pork belly for a while, then add seasonings such as light soy sauce and ginger, put in the soaked day lily, heat and stew it.

3. Daylily can be served cold

It is also a common way to eat lily vegetables after mixing them cold. Before mixing them cold, you need to soak them in advance, then blanch them in boiling water, take them out and cool them down in cold water. After cooling, remove the water and place them on a plate for later use. Prepare an appropriate amount of cucumber seeds, vermicelli and a small amount of coriander. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft, then put them together with the cucumber shreds and lily vegetables, add vinegar, sesame oil, chicken essence and an appropriate amount of table salt and mix well.
