Specific method of cooking chopped pepper and taro

1. Wash the prepared taro with clean water, then remove the water, then take a special peeling knife, remove all the skin of the taro, and rinse it with clean water.

2. Cut the peeled taro in half and cut it into thin slices. Place them on a plate and set aside. Peel the green onions and cut them into strips.

3. Mix the prepared chopped pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings together, then spread them on the cut taro slices. Put water in the pot, bring it to a boil, then put the plate with taro into the pot and steam it over high heat for about 20 minutes.

4. Take the steamed taro out of the pot, sprinkle the chopped green onion on it, and serve it directly. However, you should be careful when removing the taro skin, because taro juice can cause allergies. It is best to wear gloves when peeling to avoid itching and redness.
