1. Remove the roots of the prepared bean sprouts, then wash them in clean water. It is best to soak them in clean water for a while to remove the bean smell. After soaking, take them out and remove the water for later use.

2. Peel the prepared tomatoes and cut them into small pieces for later use. Put water in a pot, bring to a boil and cook the soybeans for three or four minutes.
