Spicy Stir-fried Lentil Sprouts

1. Lentil sprouts are also very delicious when stir-fried with chili peppers. You can prepare five or six chili peppers, 500 grams of lentil sprouts, an appropriate amount of chopped green onions, and an appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, and light soy sauce.

2. Wash the bean sprouts and remove the water for later use. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Heat the oil in the pot and stir-fry the pepper until fragrant. Then add the chopped green onion. After frying until fragrant, add the lentil sprouts into the pot and stir-fry quickly. Then add vinegar and light soy sauce and then salt. Stir-fry until the lentil sprouts become soft and cooked through. Add chicken essence to season, mix well and serve directly.

Blanched Lentil Sprouts

1. Blanched lentil sprouts are also delicious. In addition to preparing the lentils, you also need to prepare chopped green onions, pepper, sesame oil, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, MSG, salt and other seasonings.

2. Blanch the lentil sprouts in boiling water, remove them, drain the water and place them on a plate. Heat sesame oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add oyster sauce and light soy sauce. After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of water, MSG and salt to taste. After mixing well, pour it directly on the lentil sprouts. Finally, sprinkle with pepper and it is ready to eat.
