White Beans in Tomato Sauce

1. Ingredients: To make white lentils in tomato sauce, you need 250 grams of white lentils, appropriate amounts of cooking oil, sugar and tomato sauce.

2. Wash the white lentils in advance, cook them in a pressure cooker, then take them out and drain the water.

3. Put oil in a wok, heat it, add tomato sauce and stir-fry over low heat. After a while, add sugar, stir well, take out and put it in the white lentils, mix well and it is ready to eat.

White lentil porridge

1. Ingredients: 150 grams of polished japonica rice, 80 grams of yam, 40 grams of white lentils, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

2. Soak the japonica rice and white lentils in clean water for one hour respectively, take them out, add clean water into the rice cooker, and cook the soaked japonica rice and white lentils into porridge together.

3. Peel the yam and cut it into pieces. When the porridge is 80% cooked, add the yam and continue cooking. When the porridge is almost done, add rock sugar for seasoning. After cooking, turn off the heat and let it cool down before eating.

4. In addition to these ways of eating white lentils, its fresh pods can also be eaten by humans before the seeds are collected. The best way to eat it is to stir-fry it with meat ingredients.
