The ingredients needed to pickle green peppers are 5KG of green peppers, 1KG of salt, some aniseed, Sichuan peppercorns, and some dried ginger.

How to pickle green peppers: 1. First remove the stalks of the green peppers, then wash them and dry them. Then use a toothpick to poke 5 holes on the surface of the green peppers. This way, the green peppers can absorb the flavor and taste good during the pickling process. Then put the processed green peppers into a clean, water-free clay jar.

2. Pour all the ingredients into the jar, then boil the water, add salt to the boiling water and pour it into the jar after it cools down, then tie the mouth of the jar with gauze. The water must cover the green peppers to prevent bacterial infection. Stir the green peppers once a day with clean and oil-free chopsticks, stir for five days in a row, and then let it sit for a month. In this way, a jar of delicious pickled green peppers is ready, and the taste is particularly good.
