1. Foods rich in vitamin C, such as seaweed, kelp, tomatoes, and bell peppers, should not be eaten together as they will produce harmful substances.

2. Nori is also a food rich in calcium ions. When eaten with persimmons that contain too much tannic acid, insoluble complexes will be formed.

3. People with poor digestive function or spleen deficiency should not eat too much seaweed as it will cause diarrhea.
